LogoFetch is a free Chrome extension that detects and downloads logo assets from websites you visit.
Data collection
LogoFetch does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
No analytics, no tracking, no accounts.
How it works
When you click the LogoFetch icon, the extension reads the current tab's page content to detect logo assets (SVGs, images, etc.). This processing happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to any external server.
Permissions
- activeTab / scripting: to read the current page's DOM
- host_permissions (<all_urls>): to fetch SVG files from external URLs for color detection and conversion
- downloads: to save assets to your computer
- clipboardWrite: to copy SVG code to your clipboard
Third-party services
None. LogoFetch makes no external API calls and has no backend.
